Our Sense of Wonder



One of the most ironic tragedies in life is that as children, we take everything for granted, either because we don’t know that it won’t last forever, or we’re too young to care.

Youth, innocence, carefreeness, and simplicity of life are but a few of the things we don’t fully appreciate until they’re gone.

But there’s one thing we have in our childhood that, if we wish it so, can stay with us for the rest of our lives: our sense of wonder.
